Ramona Valley Wineries
Ramona is the heart of San Diego's wine country — the densest concentration of wineries in the county, about a 45-minute drive from downtown, and an approved American Viticultural Area since 2006. Its hills, valleys, and varied microclimates support an unusually wide range of varietals, and most tasting rooms are family-run. Many are open weekends only, so plan accordingly.
